I was just wondering if anyone has had this problem and couldn't get it to go away? I have refurbished the cutter twice now and still have had no luck. I adjusted the brake assy on the roll feeders as well, several times i might add. It is just crinkling the paper and feeding it through and jamming. The cut is usually in a "V" shape on the paper when it jams. Is there an adjustment i missed when replacing the cutter that i need to do or what? If you have answer please help, Thank you. |

I have not worked on one of these in years, but we had cutter errors all the time. I think we fixed it by changing the flywheel that is on the knife motor in the left side of the machine. They over rotated and it coudn't find home position. |

replace the cutter motor and the driver board. I have had this often, and one or the other fixes it. _________________ Can we fix it! |
