I was just wondering if anyone has had this problem and couldn't get it to go away? I have refurbished the cutter twice now and still have had no luck. I adjusted the brake assy on the roll feeders as well, several times i might add. It is just crinkling the paper and feeding it through and jamming. The cut is usually in a "V" shape on the paper when it jams. Is there an adjustment i missed when replacing the cutter that i need to do or what? If you have answer please help, Thank you.

I have not worked on one of these in years, but we had cutter errors all the time. I think we fixed it by changing the flywheel that is on the knife motor in the left side of the machine. They over rotated and it coudn't find home position.

replace the cutter motor and the driver board. I have had this often, and one or the other fixes it.
