I had weard problem...customer machine is down exept the controler and the Dev.pressure motor that is always turning until I turn off the machine . I found no 5 volt in machine, inspect all fuses : ok

So I check the Power supply and I found it did a electric arc on the frame of the machine !?! and a small transfo. blowed out.

So now I put a transparacy sheet in back of the Power supply and I suggest this for all of you guys.

Did someone already seen that kind of problem ??

Another board blow out on another machine !!!!!

We found that the ground screew on Power supply was not clear, we thing the ground contact is not good and blow the Power supply.

The 5 volt was off on the first one but the second one, the 24 volt and 5 volt was off.

So like I wrote you, I suggest to put a transparecy sheet in the back of the power supply AND put a extra wire or something else to improve the ground contact.

The fisrt machine has +/- 500 000pc and second one +/- 350 000pc but, both machine was install in April 2008.

Inspect your machine next time you go to your customer !!!!

And if you have any other idea....please post it !
