We just got a good used 2900, and all of our computers run XP, except one, it has Vista (32 bit). This would not be a problem, any other person would just go to someone and have them plot. But, no, he's a senior partner and wants to plot... Anyone had any luck as of yet?

The person who installed it, is a certified Kip pro and could not get it to work.

What are u trying to print with? Request needs to be installed as an administrator. If it is an nt box youll need request 5X. Not sure if it works with vista. As far as a Windows Driver or Hidi Driver i think your outta luck.

Yes, Vista is our problem.
And it seems to be the same for a lot
of people. I'm really begining to love
those Mac ads that bash Vista, LOL.

Any help would be great.

The problem is KIP discontinued support on this product while Vista was coming out. If you want to print from Vista you are going to have to purchase a new printer. Otherwise you can downgrade the senior partner to XP. I don't know of any other way around it.

Hmmm, that's an idea, but I think I'll just tell him
to ask someone to print for him, less trouble.
Thanks to all who chimed in on this post.
