| If anyone has the opportunity of dropping any boxes in the Northwest Indiana area, keep me in-mind for installs and service. I've been working strictly on KIP machines along with some HP models for the past 11 years. I have been trained and working on everything up to the 3000 (I've also been servicing xerographic equipment for 23 years with a strong electronics background since 1980). I have excellent customer skills so no need too worry how the customer will be handled. I'm sure if someone checked on me, they will get a positive feedback from certain KIP personnel as well as a few other service organizations I have helped. |

| We have used Van for several calls.. I consider him to be an expert technician... He knows all the tricks, but more importantly, has the electronics background to troubleshoot any problem effectively. Whenever our guys run into trouble we call Van. |
