Working at customer to fix light copies on left. Found that every time I would hit test button to print test pattern from 6000. It would fail after cutter cuts and then get E07 and print stalls then stops. But I can send prints all day to machine without any error. Only when running test print from op pannel. Cutter is clean and good, exit switch is working properly any ideas? _________________ This day will be my best day ever! |

Check the clutches in the paper drawer. Sometimes they get stuck and keep feeding paper, the sensor won't see a break in the paper and error out an e-07. Good Luck. |

since the test print is long you may have a fuser speed issue and the paper is being cut as it is moving _________________ Ride To Live |

Try to replace the paper registration clutch. |
