Anyone had experience with printing from a windows document file.
Customer had 6000, could preview tif in windows without request, and just hit print.
Now has 7000 with IPS. If they try same procedure, prints all black page.
Machine is hung on network, client doesn't want to install request for everyone accessing machine.
