I set up a NEW 6000 and the initial and subsequent prints came out with repeating images like a bad fuser problem, Also I am getting a reverse image on the backside of the print????...Replaced the entire fuser unit...NO CHANGE.. KIP said to replace the DV unit...It actually seemed to make the problem better..However I cannot figure out how the DV unit is responsible for putting an image on the backside any ideas ?? |

Possibly could be the regulation scraper blade (cleaner Blade) |

I would look at the transfer wire. Keep in mind there's no cleaning blade, if toner is not transfered, it will go around and be there on the next drum turn. The cleaning segment of the copy process won't pick up all the toner from a solid line. It's supposed to pick up residues only. |

KIP was in to look at the problem...after 4+ hours they advised to send the DV unit back under warranty and get a new one !!! |
