It is at about 250mm down from the leading edge on the right side (as you face the machine). It goes to the other side of the print and fades out. Does not repeat on the same print, but will show again on the next one in the exact position.

Any ideas - I have done everything I can think of as far as wires, etc.

Could it be the leading edge needs to be adjusted? Sounds like it may be repeating the border from the lead edge of the print.

This is not a "repeat" or reprint of a border. This line is about the width of sewing thread and runs for about 3 inches to the left side.

Hi there, If you are still having this problem it may be worth the time to look at the cutter and if it stalling the paper. Could also be fuser motor speed timing.

I had one something like this found it was a bad spot on mag roller after I reclean it the problem went away. this was on a 6000 but it could be the same. Very Happy

This ended up being a transfer issue. "Painted" the inside of the blocks with fingernail polish and it has been fine.
