Just replaced the photoreceptor & cleaning blade assy. Completely
vacumed out developer and started with all fresh toner. Re-asembeled
machine and everything was working well with exception of a small
black smudge on the left side, so i hauled it apart and manually rotated
the drum motor to see if any marks on the drum nothing so i put Kynar
back on the drum and buttoned it back up again. Now when it becomes
ready it flashes up "E0-12" i've recleaned the cln blade and the hopper assy and checked for free movement and it seems fine.
Any Ideas
Thanks in advance

Went to diag and the motor runs forward & reverse no problems
so i tried a new motor got same result ? E012
Is there something else in the loop that can trigger this
code ? in the service check list for this code i don't get
a drop in voltage to 0 volts DC when pressing the start key.
I looking towards the DC controller but i want to make sure first
this machine is old and we want to keep cost down and as you know
that board is $$$$$$$$
Any ideas ??
Thanks Bill |

if you dont get a drop in voltage from 5 to 0v it probably is the pcb. check all wires first... j202-23 j200-5 |
