it all started when the pdisk was loose and wiped out hp sensor. I replaced the sensor and board and tightened everyrthing up and the cutter started cutting everysheet 1" to long out of all 4 decks. I have gone with kip diagnostic and changed all the settings down to 1 and i got the length so now it is still 1/4 " long any suggestions? THANX

Did you by chance put the pulse disc on the same way you took it off? If it is not on the same way it came off this will cause the sheets to cut too long.
