Is it ok to add more memory to the controller? The reason that I am asking is that I have a customer that prints alot of the PDF's with Acrobat reader not Request, well when the pdf gets to the controller it will max out the memory and processor while it is processing it. Sometimes for as much as 20 min at a time. If I send the same drawing with Request it works fine. I know the KIP answer is to use Request, but this customer refuses to make there users learn something new for the KIP when they use Acrobat for there HP and Epson printers.

Thanks
Alan
