Gentlemen,
I have a 7000 with 1.3 million square on it. I cannot seem to solve the repeat image problem. I know that the image is staying on the drum and it is on the paper prior to going into the fuser. The repeat image is across the entire print. When i use the circumference sheet it points to pressure roller. The image repeats every 7 and 7/8ths and it will repeat three to four times maybe more. I have checked the cleaning roller connections as well. I have a new drum in the machine and have checked all the voltages. I am not sure that this is related but when you print a 36*60 TIF test print the smaller lighter lines don't show up at all on the left hand side. I checked the 36*60 and it is happening pre-fuser as well. Any one that could help me keep what hair I have left would be much appreciated.

Seen it a million (ok , maybe a few hundred) times. Text book developer issues. Time to refresh the dev unit. Don't waste your money on a rebuild kit, send the unit to us and will refresh it and send it back to you real quick. $849 is your cost. We have done hundreds of these.
Click the link at the bottom of the page with the hand holding all the money you will save.
