|
|
Hey guys! We've got a 5000 with a 600 scanner and a 3000 with color options that have two light lines feed directional about 4 to 5 mm wide, ten inches apart between the 2 and 3 CIS and the 3 and 4 CIS. We have rearranged the CIS, swapped CIS boards and harnesses, recalibrated for for color correction, image position, and white balance- It does not MOVE!!!!
Anybody else with this problem?
Thanks! |

Save the settings after doing the image placement adjustment?
Are you having this problem on both the 5000 and 3000?
Another long shot recommendation is to ensure your coronas are not dirty
Best of luck! |

Yep, Saved the image placement settings. We are actually using the scanners to scan to file and output on canon ipf700 color inkjet, and it shows in the file and the output. |

Oops! Just realized - I'm scanning color! It seems to be affecting blue the most. Very odd. |

a copy of it may not work as well. Keep on fighting...you'll get it eventually.
part number for the sheet is: Z058501590 |
