These seems like as good a place, as any, to ask this question.
What stapler brands, or binding systems have any of you used that works really well when your binding around 100 to 220 sheets?

And what works when you need to bind larger jobs?

Thanks

Although they're a little spendy the Roma Blok 10/24 Stapler is hard to beat. Last I looked the price of admission was around $400. And you have to use their staples. However, the stapler itself is a brute and the staples aren't cheap crap from offshore.
Production uses screw posts on the thicker plan sets.

We use screw post on anything over 200 sheets. And Swingline for everything else. Buy the good staples not cheap ones

We also use the Swingline. We are purchasing Swingline brand "heavy duty" staples. On the 3/4" size the top folds over, and the 5/8" size appears to be to wide to fit in the stapler. Are you using a different brand of staples in your stapler?

Thanks

Not that it means anything (it does) Swingline sources their staples from China. Our guys pull and restaple about 1/3 of the time using Swingline staples. I never thought I'd be buying products made in Vietnam, modern times......

We sell the Romablok Staplers and Staples. We are the only authorized US importer for them. We also repair them and sell the replacement parts. All of the BIG Repro Shops use them. Contact me for pricing:

Furniture air gun staplers worked fine for me the past 25 years very small investment on the compressor and air-gun stapler.....and staples come in varied sizes and heights ...and are dirt cheap boxed in huge qty .....its a no hazzle thing ...use the compressor and air hose (spiral or lined - branched) for many other purposes ....
