I have a customer whose touch screen stopped working. I went into device manager, and it shows as a USB input device with the yellow triangle. The status says "Device did not start (code 10)". I've tried disconnecting & reconnecting it, but it just comes back as the same thing.
Is it possible to test the screen by plugging it into my laptop? And if the screen itself is OK, what's the solution? |
