Evil or Very Mad HELP!!!! WE ARE HAVING INTERMITENT PAPER JAMS ON HALF SIZE PRINTS 11" AND 18" PAPER ONLY USUALLY 11" TO 12" LONG PRINTS. WE HAVE REPLACED ALL FEED CLUTCHES, CHECKED SENSORS, AND REPLACED TRANSFER AND SEPARATION WIRES. THE JAMS USUALLY HAPPEN WHEN MAKING MULTIPUL PLOTS. THE PAPER JAMS AT THE FUSER ENTRANCE WITH THE NEXT SHEET OF PAPER STARTING TO FEED UNDER IT. DURING A GOOD RUN THE MACHINE ALSO INTERMITENTLY WILL HAVE A SMEARED AREA AT THE TRAIL EDGE THAT SEEMS TO BE CAUSED BY THE PAPER STICKING OR BINDING BUT IT DOES NOT JAM! THE MACHINE USUALLY SHOWS ERROR CODE J13 WHEN THE PROBLEM OCCURS. THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!!!!!!!

Have you try coving some of the sides vents beside the belts so you will get more suction on the center.

Try replacing the transfer area sensor actuator. I have seen when the spring on that actuator is too strong the paper cant hold it down causing the same issue.

In the unattend.ini you can set the minimum cut length to 12". The distance between the sensors is not enough to allow paper under 12" to successfully go through. Change it and you'll be fine
