I have a PW350 and all the prints coming out have dark streaks (Light gray, dark gray) from the TE to LE, all the way across the print. If it were a KIP, I'd be betting man that it's the 1st charge coronas, which is what I'm going to check. Anyone know what it could positively be?

Check to make sure the waste toner bag isn't packed full, and the auger freeley moves to transport the waste...
Probably just needs a good PM and cleaning.....

So, would the waste toner bottle being too full cause this? I just got back from there. The charge assy and T/S assy were a little bit dirty but in no means terrible. Nothing else inside the machine looked dirty either. But while I was did a reboot, it came up with the error of waste toner bottle full or not present (something like that). I didn't have one available so I just pulled it out and reseated it, so that I could get a few test prints out. Yes, the toner bottle was pretty full. I was going to order new charge and t/s coronas. Should I have them change out the bottle first?

Clean the wires with a small piece of wet green scotchbright cleaning pad and forceps, then wipe with a lint free cloth. If you still have a gold tint to the wires, you should be fine. I get 60 to 80 thousand linear feet on the wires.
You should get a new waste bottle with the toner box.....
replace it.....

Try to clean the charging assy as dlee was saying. Check also the lifetime of the consummables (drum, developer, cleaning blade, coronawires) as they might reached their respective lifetimes already and you probably will need to replace them.
