I recently installed a new 7170. The customer centers a drawing 34" wide on the scanner input. Once the scanner takes the document it detects a 30" document and cuts off part of the scan. If I move the document .5" to the right it detects the document properly as 34"?? Any suggestions??

Check to make sure Select Size Mode is set to Engineering and not Architecture
