It comes with:
1. Hardware setup guide
2. KIP software and operation guides (user manual)
3. User manual
4. System Restore Disk.
NOT a service manual. |

I believe if you complete the online training and pass the exam KIP will send you the manual on CD, as long as you're a dealer.......

| When I grow up I hope to be as smart as Mark. It is always a good idea to take the short online update training, it only takes 30 minutes or so, then your dealership and you are certified, the cd will show up within a couple of weeks as others have already mentioned. The parts manuals are on the website. |
