Has anyone had the issue with Print giving the message: COLOR_80.EXE has stopped"? Any fixes. Have a customer with about 150 workstations, 2 of them give this message. Worked with KIP for quite some time on this and got no where. If I turn off the preview, no meaage. Of course the customer wants it on. |

Did KIP suggest a complete removal including any registery entries? Then reinstall. _________________ Regards,

Every version of Kip print I have ever used has locked up our workstations when trying to preview huge print jobs. Even new state of the art computers purchased hoping they didn't have the video resources to display all those previews. When version 7.4.548 was released I installed that and no longer have the lockup problems, but I never did get the error code you mentioned. |

This is the new 8.01 version, so it is the latest, and it only happens on 2 of about 130 -150 workstations. There must be an internal Widows 7 setting that causes this. Have not seen it on XP workstations. |
