Our 9000 has randomly been throwing j12 codes. Today it won't pass 1 sheet of paper. The paper makes it just past the sep sensor. The knife doen't cut and the paper isn't hanging or jamming on anything. I put a different t/s assy in and no difference. I put a separation sensor from an 8000 on and it still does the same thing. The part numbers are different between the two and they look different. Has anyone used an 8000 on in a 9000? I hate to keep chasing problems if the sensor will not work in the 9000 |

Did you check the exit sensor on the rear? I could be wrong but I think this is the one where people trim the spring because that sensor quits coming back up to full home position. |
