This is a new one. When user sends Arch E size drawings through autoCAD, the print queue asks to install 34" paper. This is using the HDI 4.12 driver. I'm gonna have their IT administrator install the new HDI 4.15 driver and see if it gets rid of the problem. I will update this post if it does. Other than that, if you have seen this problem and know the fix for it, let me know. Thanks!
