I have a kip3000 that is giving me a dark background going lead to trail
about 4" wide on internal prints. the machine only has 6000 feet
I replaced the cleaning roller and pushed it against the drum
I replaced both developer rollers and set the presure without the gear on
Any help as I am running out of ideas |

| I had this happen with a bad LED head. If you have another 3000 try swapping the LED head to see if that fixes your problem. Btw, my problem was a wide dark band, so I am not sure if this will help. |

The led could be my problem I dont have one to switch.
it is shading background i can see the print, it really looked like the drum cleaning roller, but I replaced that and pushed it up.
is thier anyway to test a led ? I have not had a bad led before so I am not sure what that looks like when they go.
Thanks again for any help

| as Doc would say..."it's ALWAYS the dev unit". Sounds like a pressure issue. |
