| I have a Kip where the image is shifting from left to right 10 mm. all four rolls. I spoke to kip and was ask is your rolls on the spool right. is the pressure on the feed ok is cut ok ect . has anyone seen this |

I found the cause of the 10 mm shift to the right. It one of the upgrade. Three weeks ago we upgraded the software with IPS_6.5.485-3-RB and today looking for the problem I notice that the machine was showing the KIP 3100 Image shift screen but there was no way to use the commands and this only show roll one and two but not three and four. Fix a problem and get more lol  |

I have a similar problem with a 6000 that I just upgraded. Can you detail exactly wha you had to do to correct this? Was a it another patch?
This is a non IPS unit (PPEC)

| Our IT person when and did a hard upgrade with a disk and took care of the problem |
