not only was this scanner set for an 8000 but the optics shipping screws were still in place. hard to troubleshoot over the phone and you assume this was basic and done. thanks all

Kip 2050 says memory full when an original is introduced 1 inch. This happens on any printer. what is my problem. Thanks in advance
