we have had the same problem with our 8000 on and off --- it seems that we have the most trouble with new rolls -- i/2 used rolls dont seem to jam.

how about this one -----
had 3 machines go down one after another and ended the day getting bit by a snake! on the bright side 1 machine is up 100% -- 1 seems to be holding on for now and the other ... |

we seem to be also having a problem with our 8000 in regards to paper --
our machine seems to be constantly out of paper - load her up -- start doing something else and voila she's empty again -- wat ... |
