There is not enough developer in the developing unit.
But you have to check the charge corona unit first before replacing the developer. It could be that the corona wire of charging unit is broken or ... |

| You could also try to check and clean the paper transport and synchronization sensors located at the feed table right before the transfer/separation assembly. |
