Thanks Phan. Sorry for the long wait on the reply. The fuser had shorted out and wasn't allowing the machine to boot correctly. Replaced and everything booted fine. Thanks for the response though  |

Machine is barely in the field 2 weeks, blocks and wires look good. |

| We unfortunately don't have access to changing the 13 to a 0. If just shows a dash instead. KIP is sending us an older firmware version so we can change the default to 0. Thanks! |
