Nope. the is no error code. it just sits there. like it's still scanning. and nevr finishes


Does any error code show up on the touch screen?

I might be barking up the wrong tree here, but isn't 11.5 inchis about the circumfrance of the image drum??

I would look at the voltage connection to the trum. or the erase lamps. / led's see ...
