Well... I got the driver package, hooked the scanner to a laptop, it took 4 power cycles to get the scanner to even connect to the USB, got the driver installed. several more power on reset's and ... |

Well.... I tryed that. even tryed a new cable with no help.. About to go looking for drivers for the scanner and attach it to my laptop to see if it will scan.

Now this is just great. I did as you suggested. and I must have the mysterious version N/A for firmware. Yepper. no version being reported just N/A so either the firmware is totaly hosed ... |

Nope. the is no error code. it just sits there. like it's still scanning. and nevr finishes
Does any error code show up on the touch screen? |

I might be barking up the wrong tree here, but isn't 11.5 inchis about the circumfrance of the image drum??
I would look at the voltage connection to the trum. or the erase lamps. / led's see ... |
