Well, I use a very thick 100 micron wire, opposed to the flimsy 80 micron wire recommended by KIP.

I don't get too many E-51's on the K2000. or K6000's either. Just a thought.

I used to have a big can of blue silicon brake grease. Worked like a champ in situations like this. You can get a high temp silicon grease at any auto parts store fairly cheap.

One "tech tip" that I seem to remember working was taking the "L" shaped bracket out of the dev. unit. It was right under the toner hopper. That stopped the "tracks" for me.
